What we do
Full strip-down, deep internal clean and airflow test on any console — £60. On PS5 and PS5 Pro we reapply the liquid metal (£60, or £70 for the full service with clean included), the single biggest cause of loud, hot PS5s. Catch it early: sustained overheating is what kills boards.

How it works
Full strip-down
Console comes apart on an ESD-safe bench — shielding off, fan and heatsink removed, board inspected.
Deep clean
Dust cleared from the fan, heatsink fins and vents, and old dried thermal compound removed from the APU.
Re-paste or liquid metal
Fresh thermal compound applied, or on PS5 and PS5 Pro the factory liquid metal reapplied with the board out and protected.
Temperature tested
Reassembled, run under load and temperature checked before it goes back, with a 90-day warranty.

How long does a full service take?
Same day in Leicester for most cleans; mail-in jobs go back out within 48 hours of arrival.
Will I lose my data or settings?
No. A clean and re-paste never touches storage — games, saves and settings are untouched.
Is liquid metal replacement safe?
It's the factory cooling method on PS5. We reapply it with the board out and protected, then test temperatures before return. Covered by the 90-day warranty.
What if cleaning doesn't fix it?
If the diagnostic shows the fault is deeper than cooling, we tell you before doing further work and quote the actual repair.
