Common questions
Is it the port or the battery?
Usually the port — batteries rarely fail outright, they fade. The free diagnostic tests both, and you only pay for what's actually faulty.
How long does it take?
Same day in Leicester for most controller ports; mail-in pads go back out within 48 hours of arrival.
Will my controller pair and work like before?
Yes — port replacement doesn't touch pairing, buttons or sticks. Every pad is fully tested on console before return.
What if the board's damaged around the port?
Occasionally a ripped port takes traces with it. That's still fixable, but if the diagnostic shows extra work, we quote it before touching anything.
